Aurum Co. Shipping Policy

All Aurum Co. items at the moment are made-to-order so please allow 2 weeks from order date for delivery.

We offer several shipping options on all merchandise for Canada and the United States, through Canada Post and USPS. We will be offering international shipping to countries outside of North America in 2021 as well as optional insurance on shipments, which we highly recommend choosing at checkout when we do offer it.

If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our very best to assist you in the event that a package is delayed or lost to ensure you receive your item.

We provide free flat rate shipping on all orders over $500.
